MEC Paddlefest Vancouver

Hosted by MEC, Paddlefest is an urban celebration of kayaking, canoeing and BC’s ocean environment. The day will feature learning opportunities on water and on land. Paddlers of all skill levels are welcome.

June 20, 2010 at Jericho Beach, Vancouver

Event Description

This is a family event. The event will offer opportunities to test boats and equipment from various watersports manufacturers. MEC Paddlefest will have something for every paddler, from the beginner to the expert.

Location

Jericho Sailing Centre Association. 1300 Discovery Street, Vancouver, BC. Check Translink for bus schedules, route maps, and fare information.

Pay parking in effect within park area. $2 / 2 hours and $6 / all day maximum.

Registration

Registration begins June 1st. There is a $5 registration fee for water clinics; however, dryland clinics and boat demos are free. Call 604.876.6221 or 1.888.847.0770 to register.
